ADMISSION PROCEDURE

  1. Get the Enrolment Form from the Registrar.

  2. Fill out Application Form and attach the Admission Rquirements.

  3. Go to the cashier and pay the testing fee, get your temporary receipt.

    NOTE: The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  4. Return the filled out Enrolment form with attached admission requirements to the registrar.

  5. Proceed to the Guidance and Testing Center and present your accomplished Application Form, Admission Requirements, and Temporary Receipt and take the Entrance Exam.

    NOTE: Testing is scheduled from Monday-Friday (8:00- 11:00 in the morning and 1:00- 4:00 in the afternoon) and on Saturday from 8:00- 11:00 AM.

  6. Applicants may request for special exam schedule.

  7. The applicant will be notified about the results of the exam during the interview with the School Principal.

REUIREMENTS FOR RE-ADMISSION TO SMA-DALAGUETE

  1. Students who dropped out during the school year for valid reasons may be re-admitted the following school year without taking the entrance examination.

  2. Students who transferred to other schools or dropped out for some time and would like to come back, may be re-admitted after conforming to the norms of admission for new students.

  3. Two failing marks in Conduct (Behavioral Indicators) during the school year or failing the final grade in Conduct will bar a student for re-admission.

  4. Students who were suspended twice within the school year, provided that the length of each suspension is at least three days, and those who committed grave offenses shall not be re-admitted.

  5. Students with failing grades in any subject are required to take summer classes before they are re-admitted the next school year.

  6. Students who were not able to comply with the requirements of their probation agreement, academic or disciplinary will not be re-admitted.
