We, the community of St. Mary’s Academy of Dalaguete imbued with the Ignacian Spirituality of Humble Servanthood, witness the loving compassion of Jesus, we develop capabilities and nourish moral growth and institutional responsibility towards internal and social renewal.

We commit ourselves to:

1. promote a culture appreciation, support and harmony for our school to be leaven of social transformation;

2. follow faithfully God’s will and strengthen life of prayer for moral growth and institutional responsibility.;

3. Pursue constantly innovate programs, approaches, and educational strategies to develop world class Ignacian Marian graduates;

4. form Ignacian Marian leaders who witness to faith, excellence, and service;

5. assist the administration in its efforts to augment the financial resources of the school;

6. support actively the schools program and educational assistance for the poor and the needy;

7. administer the school following Catholic doctrine.

General Objectives:

1. To provide functional and relevant Spiritual/ values formation program to concretize Christtian Living as core of the curriculum.

2. To involve the entire Academic Community in various socially-oriented activities.

3. To promote innovative student-centered teaching strategies to draw out from the students their multiple intelligence and learning skills.

4. To instill the real essence of nationhood and patriotism to promote everything that is Filipino.
