Welcome Week
Welcome Week marks the beginning of a new academic journey for all Ignacian-Marians! The event is filled with fun activities, orientations, and interactive sessions designed to help students get to know their classmates, teachers, and the vibrant SMAD community. It’s a celebration of new beginnings, school spirit, and Marian pride!
Club Shopping Day
Club Shopping Day is an exciting opportunity for students to explore the different clubs and organizations at SMAD. Each booth showcases the unique activities and advocacies of every club, helping students discover their interests, meet new friends, and find where they truly belong!
Pakipaghimamat
Pakipaghimamat is a traditional welcome event that celebrates friendship, unity, and the spirit of belonging in the Ignacian-Marian community. Through fun activities and performances, students, teachers, and staff come together to build connections and strengthen bonds at the start of the school year.
Nutrition Month
SMAD celebrates Nutrition Month with fun and educational activities that highlight the importance of eating right and staying healthy. Students participate in contests, presentations, and campaigns that inspire everyone to make nutritious choices every day.
Buwan ng Wika
Buwan ng Wika is a month-long celebration that honors the richness of the Filipino language and culture. Through contests, performances, and creative presentations, SMAD promotes appreciation for our national identity and encourages students to express pride in being Filipino.
Pista sa Nayon (The Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary)
In celebration of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, SMAD holds its annual “Pista sa Nayon,” a cultural and spiritual event that honors Mary’s faith and purity. The celebration features community participation, traditional Filipino activities, and expressions of Marian devotion, strengthening the Ignacian-Marian spirit of faith and togetherness.
Angel’s Week
Spreading kindness like angels! SMAD’s Angel’s Week inspires students to share love, goodness, and faith through fun and meaningful activities. It’s a celebration of what it truly means to be an Ignacian-Marian — kind-hearted, service-oriented, and full of joy!
Science Investigatory Projects (SIP) Presentation
SMAD’s Science Investigatory Projects Presentation highlights students’ passion for discovery and innovation. This event provides an opportunity for young researchers to share their scientific findings, demonstrate critical thinking, and contribute ideas that reflect the Ignacian-Marian pursuit of excellence.
Science-Math Culmination
SMAD’s Science-Math Month Culmination celebrates students’ curiosity, creativity, and analytical thinking. The event brings together various contests and presentations that promote appreciation for science and mathematics as essential tools for progress and problem-solving.
United Nations
SMAD’s United Nations Celebration highlights the value of unity in diversity. Students proudly represent different nations through costumes, performances, and exhibits that foster cultural appreciation, mutual understanding, and the spirit of global citizenship.
Rosary Month
The Rosary Month celebration is a time for the Ignacian-Marian community to deepen their faith and devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary. Through daily prayers, processions, and reflective activities, students are encouraged to live out the values of faith, humility, and compassion inspired by Mary’s example.
Intramurals
The Intramurals is one of SMAD’s most anticipated annual events, showcasing students’ athleticism, teamwork, and school spirit. Through various sports competitions and friendly matches, the event promotes camaraderie, discipline, and the Ignacian-Marian value of excellence both in play and in character.
